Iemu spizzicannu in Ragalna: Ätna-Weine und Geschmack Siziliens
The tour will start with a taste of Etna’s Nocellara Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and three different flavored oils.
The wine tasting of 4 Etna wines selected for a consistent sensory journey, will be accompanied by a rich platter of cold cuts, cheeses and traditional Sicilian delicacies.
Together with the mentioned local products will be served homemade jams and creams, fried appetizers, sautéed wild vegetables and the famous Sicilian caponata.
We will ensure a happy ending with a final dessert of chocolate, ricotta, and pistachio cream from Bronte, accompanied by a sweet liqueur wine.
