Description

After leaving Syracuse, we will head towards Etna for a suggestive trek along the southern side of the highest active volcano in Europe, making stops at specific points of interest. The guide will share many curiosities about Etna and the latest eruptions.

Once you reach 2,000 meters above sea level, at the Rifugio Sapienza, you can choose whether to hike around the Silvestri Craters with our guide or buy the option High altitude (which will allow you to reach the highest altitudes).

We will move to visit one of the most characteristic lava flow caves in the area.

We will end the experience with a tasting of 5 local wines and a glass of Prosecco, accompanied by a selection of foods of the Etnean territory (such as Arancino, Caponata and much more).
